1. Chicken legs: 5 pieces
  2. Onion: 1 cup chopped onion
  3. Tomatoes: 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  4. Cumin powder: 1 and a half tablespoon
  5. Coriander powder: 1 and a half tablespoon
  6. Red Chile: 1 teaspoon
  7. Black pepper powder: 1 teaspoon
  8. Salt: according to taste
  9. Lemon : 1 lemon squeezed into juice
  10. Cilantro : to garnish
  11. Oil: 6 tablespoons
  12. Butter: 1 teaspoon


  1. Add oil to the pan, let it get hot, and immediately add, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili, black powder, and salt. Stir everything quickly.
  2. Immediately add chicken and stir well so that it mixes with all ingredients, then turn stove to medium heat.
  3. After 2 minutes add onions and mix well and stir for 2 minutes add tomatoes and mix well and cover the pan.
    Let it cook.
  4. Then add butter and lemon juice. Mix and let it cook.
  5. Chicken gets ready in 20 minutes. Garnish with cilantro, enjoy with naan or roti.
