Ingredients
- Flour: 2 cups
- Baking powder: 1 tbsp
- Baking soda: 1 tsp
- Salt: pinch
- Olive oil: half cup
- Eggs: 4
- Sugar: 1cup
- Cinnamon powder: 2 tablespoons
- Orange zest: 1 tablespoon
- Orange juice: 4 tablespoons
- Chopped Walnuts: 2 tablespoons
- Carrots: 2 1/2 cups grated
Preparation
- Mix eggs and sugar together until it is creamy and set aside. Now mix orange zest and orange juice. Slowly add oil, mix, and set aside.
- Now, add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon powder to a bowl. Mix well.
- Slowly mix dry ingredients with an egg mixer.
- Add grated carrots into the mixer and mix well.
- Take a cake pan and grease from all sides mix walnuts.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Bake cake for 30 to 35 minutes.
