Ingredients

  1. Eggs -4
  2. Milk– room temperature or Lukewarm one cup
  3. Vegetable oil-half cup
  4. Sugar– one cup
  5. Vanilla extract -one tablespoon
  6. Gluten-free flour – one and a half cup
  7. Salt – pinch of salt
  8. Baking powder – one teaspoon
  9. Baking soda – half teaspoon

Preparation

  1. Set Oven at 350 degree
  2. In a bowl, add milk, eggs, sugar, oil, vanilla extract and mix well and set aside.
  3. Now in another bowl, add dry ingredients. Gluten-free flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda and mix well.
  4. Now slowly mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
  5. In a cake pan Greece with oil or use parchment paper add the mixture and bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
  6. Enjoy your cake
