1. Olive oil – one tablespoon
  2. Green beans– half cup
  3. Carrot– half cup
  4. Green peas – half cup
  5. Celery – half cup
  6. Onion – one small chopped
  7. Kidney beans– cooked half cup
  8. White beans– cooked half cup
  9. Spinach– one cup
  10. Tomato- 2 ( make puréed )
  11. Tomato paste – one tablespoon
  12. Ginger – half teaspoon
  13. Garlic – half teaspoon
  14. Vegetable broth – one box 16 oz
  15. Pasta – half cup


  1. In a pot, heat one tablespoon of oil and add onion.
  2. Sauté onions for a few minutes.
  3. Immediately add garlic and ginger. Sauté all together, then immediately add all vegetables except spinach. Sauté then add tomato puree. Let it cook add spinach.
  4. Then within a few seconds, add vegetable broth with 8 oz of water. Then add pasta. Now add tomato paste.
  5. Let it cook until everything is mixed and well done. Add lemon and enjoy.
