1. Chicken thighs: 5.29 lb boneless and skinless
  2. Ginger garlic paste: 1 tablespoon
  3. Tikka masala: one tablespoon
  4. Curry masala for meat: one and a half teaspoon (MDH)brand from an Indian store
  5. Kashmiri Mirch: one teaspoon ( MDH) brand
  6. Garam masala: 1 and half teaspoon
  7. Cumin powder: 3 teaspoon
  8. Coriander powder: 3 teaspoon
  9. Turmeric powder: one teaspoon
  10. Meat tenderizer
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Yogurt: 4 tablespoons
  13. Olive oil: 2 tablespoons


  1. Cut chicken into small pieces, wash and set aside.
  2. Now start adding all the ingredients to the chicken, mix well, and cover the bowl. Put the bowl in the fridge for three hrs.
  3. Set oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and bake until is well done and cook.
  4. Serve with rice or salad.
