Ingredients
- Chicken thighs: 5.29 lb boneless and skinless
- Ginger garlic paste: 1 tablespoon
- Tikka masala: one tablespoon
- Curry masala for meat: one and a half teaspoon (MDH)brand from an Indian store
- Kashmiri Mirch: one teaspoon ( MDH) brand
- Garam masala: 1 and half teaspoon
- Cumin powder: 3 teaspoon
- Coriander powder: 3 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder: one teaspoon
- Meat tenderizer
- Salt to taste
- Yogurt: 4 tablespoons
- Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
Preparation
- Cut chicken into small pieces, wash and set aside.
- Now start adding all the ingredients to the chicken, mix well, and cover the bowl. Put the bowl in the fridge for three hrs.
- Set oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and bake until is well done and cook.
- Serve with rice or salad.
