Ingredients

  1. Chicken thighs: 1.5 pounds (boneless and skinless).
  2. Green Beans: One packet (340 grams)
  3. Garlic paste: 1tbsp
  4. Corn starch: 1 tbsp
  5. Black bean sauce: 1 tsp
  6. Soy sauce: 1 tbsp
  7. Salt: 1 tsp or to taste
  8. Red chilli: according to taste
  9. Olive oil: 4 tbsps

 

Preparation

  1. Cut the chicken thighs into medium cubes and set aside.
  2. Cut beans into small pieces and stir fry them. Place them aside.
  3. Take a pot and add the oil. Once the oil is heated, add chicken followed by garlic and stir well.
  4. Cover the pot and let it cook on medium heat for about twelve minutes or until it’s tender.
  5. Add black bean sauce and mix well.
  6. Add soy sauce followed by green beans and mix well with chicken.
  7. Cover the pot and place it on low heat for three to five minutes.
  8. Add cornstarch and mix it well. Cook for two minutes.

Enjoy with fried rice or noodles.
